Cancellation Policy

Thank you so much for your understanding and co-operation.

48 hours' notice must be given to cancel your appointment. Cancellation/rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice will result in a €35 charge No Show, No Phone Call to cancel, or being over 15 minutes late for appointment will result in a charge of €60

Delivery & Returns

We deliver orders weekly, within 48 hours of the order on a working day. We will be happy to assist you with eligible returns, the return instructions, and the shipping address. If you need a return or exchange, send us an email so we can discuss a replacement.
